| CPR - CARDIO PULMONARY RESUSCITATION |
I really had an enjoyable day in Nairobi taking a short First Aid course on CPR, Choking, Bleeding and Burns. The course was conducted by Lindsay Spainhour Baker, an American Heart Association Basic Life Support Trainer with a host of other impressive qualifications.
After the intensive course with close supervision by Lindsay, I feel confident to render CPR assistance to anyone who happens to need it.
Wish everyone is healthy and do not need this kind of assistance. Haha.
